Married at First Sight Season 20 only resulted in one marriage that’s still going strong 10 months later. Besides Michelle Le and Cameron Mitchell, all the reality stars have either been single since filming or have started dating again. Some of their new partners even showed up at the reunion.
Caitlin Grimm, Courteney Landis, Adam Dehmlow, and Nick Uhlenhuth have all since announced that they’re seeing someone new after their respective divorces. Caitlin shared new details about her relationship via a September 1 podcast appearance, while Courteney hard-launched her new beau on Instagram. Swooon has done a deep dive into the new partners of the Season 20 stars below.
Caitlin
Caitlin, who split from Devin Short ahead of Decision Day, announced that she is “so in love” with someone new during the reunion. Her new boyfriend couldn’t attend the taping because he was in a wedding. She shared more details about their romance during an appearance on the What’s the Reality? podcast, which came out on September 2.

Caitlin said she’s “obsessed” with her new relationship. “He’s my person,” she explained. “I’m so in love with him, and I’m just super excited. Now that this is all done, we can move about the world as normal people because we’ve kind of had to be sequestered a little bit.”
At the time the reunion was filmed, 10 months had passed since the weddings. “So we started dating in December,” Caitlin explained the timeline. “We’ve known each other for a really long time. He’s one of my friend’s older brothers, and so we just have intersected our entire lives.”
Her new boyfriend had asked her out a while ago, but she didn’t say yes initially because she thought it would get messy. “And then honestly, after the show, I was in shambles and just thought to myself, ‘Nothing could get worse’… And not that he would be worse, but I could handle a couple awkward birthday parties,” she said of her change of heart.
Nick
Since his split from Courtney, Nick said during the reunion that he had started dating again. He was in his head and overthinking things after MAFS, so he went to therapy to get in a better headspace before reentering that world.

Nick shared that he’d been seeing someone recently via an August 26 interview with Swooon. “I’m dating again, having fun with it. I’ve been seeing this girl for like the last month and a half now,” he explained. “It’s going pretty well. I haven’t really been talking about it too much because, obviously, it’s super early on.”
Adam
While hashing things out with his ex-wife, Marissa Meyer, Adam introduced his girlfriend, who was in the audience at the reunion. He explained that he’d been dating Elizaveta, who goes by Lizzie, for about three months. “I went to Amsterdam to see Rufus Du Sol, and we met and just really hit it off. Then we went to Mexico, and then she’s been staying with me for a bit,” he said.

When expert Paul C. Brunson asked about her pickleball skills, she explained that she’d been playing for years. Regarding how she felt about watching the drama unfold at the reunion, Elizaveta said, “I honestly don’t understand how the sweetest, most genuine guy I’ve ever met, he’s just so different from anyone else, and this is just like so crazy to me. Like, the way he’s being portrayed, all of the things that are being said. I’m obviously gonna stand by him. I know him.”
According to her Instagram, Lizzie is an Amsterdam-based Pilates instructor who regularly posts fitness content on her profile.
Courteney
At the reunion, Courteney shared that she’s been dating Alex Trevino, who was in the audience, following her pre-Decision Day split from Nick. The only detail she revealed was that they met at pickleball. On September 1, Courteney posted Alex on her profile for the first time and opened up more about their romance.

“You’re one of a kind. I never thought I’d find someone like you. Someone that could be my safe place, my biggest supporter, my adventure buddy, my best friend … all in one,” she wrote in the caption of the joint post with Alex.
She continued, “A caption isn’t enough to express how much I adore you and our life together…ill leave it at this – thank you for loving me exactly as I am, for always pushing me to be the best version of myself, and for making even the ordinary-boring days feel special.”
