Brittany and Tyler fell hard and fast for each other on Bachelor in Paradise, but they announced their split on the reunion show, which filmed on November 4 and aired late last month on ABC.

But Brittany shared on the November 30 episode of the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast that her romance with Tyler began in Mexico in June and only lasted a month in its entirety.

Brittany therefore admitted she’s single and ready to mingle, and she said she wishes she could have a partner around the “cold” holidays.

“There is someone in Chicago I am definitely interested in, but we’re going to leave that to guessing,” Brittany told The Bachelorette alum Becca Kufrin on the podcast.

Becca pointed out how The Bachelorette alum Dustin Kendrick lives in Chicago, but Brittany had no reaction.

Becca then guessed Andrew Spencer could be her guy, especially because Brittany and Andrew had a connection and short-lived relationship on Bachelor in Paradise’s eighth season that may have ended prematurely.

“We’re just friends,” Brittany said of Andrew. “But I think if something came from it, it would be really cool because I do enjoy hanging out with him.”

Brittany therefore all but confirmed she has a crush on Andrew, and the Chicago native went on to gush about how it would be amazing to double date with Becca and her fiance Thomas Jacobs.

“But we’re just good friends right now and there’s no pressure,” Brittany clarified, “and that’s what I love about not having cameras around. We’re just enjoying our time together.”

Brittany also revealed during the podcast whether she’d be open to appearing on Bachelor in Paradise again, even though she thought the editing of the reunion show didn’t paint her in the best light.

“In a lot of my interviews, I was like, ‘Absolutely not.’ But you know, if there was — I don’t know. I don’t know if I would. If I knew someone was going that I really wanted to meet, then absolutely,” Brittany said of going to Paradise again.

“But I feel like I had a good run. I had a good rewrite of my story [from Matt James’ The Bachelor season] and I wouldn’t want to come back for all that to be forgotten.”

Brittany and Andrew kissed and started to like each other after Andrew’s relationship with his first love interest on the beach, Teddi Wright, fell through.

But the pair were separated during “The Split” twist, when Brittany met Tyler and thought he was both attractive and genuine. Although Tyler was initially drawn to Shanae Ankney, he said he saw long-term potential with Brittany, and so the couple didn’t waste any time getting to know each other.

Brittany and Tyler chose to continue their relationship once they returned to the Paradise beach, and they began talking about their future together. (Meanwhile, Andrew had begun dating Jessenia Cruz).

But instead of enjoying an overnight Fantasy Suite date, Brittany and Tyler left Paradise as a couple, knowing they weren’t going to get engaged.

And Andrew quit Paradise, hurting both Jessenia and Ency Abedin, because he still had lingering feelings for Teddi and needed closure from that relationship.

Considering it seemed Brittany and Tyler were falling in love on the show, many fans were shocked to see the couple had broken up on the reunion show.

Tyler claimed that Brittany dumped him via FaceTime while she was traveling to London and Italy with friends.

Brittany, however, told Becca that their breakup felt more mutual to her because he didn’t exactly put up a fight. She explained that Tyler was just “too much” for her and had allegedly been willing to revolve his life around hers.

“I did ask for a break and within two hours, you were Snapchatting me. And then in four hours, you started DMing me. And then in 12 hours, you were asking me, ‘Can we talk right now?'” Brittany complained to Tyler on the reunion.

But Brittany insisted her feelings for Tyler were real in Paradise and she loved him a lot.
