Oh, Big Brother, I live for times like this.
When the target walks off the block with a spring in their step and ready to take down everyone who went against them, it makes the slower days in the house worthwhile.
But could another vote flip be incoming? We have to get to the Veto meeting first before that happens.
As TV Fanatic previously reported, Kamu won the Power of Veto.
If he won this last week and his allies Chuk and Hayley were on the block, he’d probably break an ankle rushing to use it on them.
But the game has been turned on its head since Hayley’s Head of Household reign wrapped with a blindside that left her questioning everyone.
Initially, she thought that Kamu betrayed her with the Lyric vote flip, but he didn’t.
Then, after Chuk and Hayley were nominated alongside Barrett by LaTrice, it seemed that Hayley wanted to try to salvage her Red Corner alliance.
She floated the idea of not using the Veto if she won it to prevent all three members of the Red Corner alliance from being together.
Big Brother Is Sending a Big Target Home
This is a wild play, but her back was against the wall in a house that quickly went from being under her spell to gunning for her.
Chuk thought there was value in salvaging the alliance and went as far as choosing Kamu to play in the Power of Veto.
Then, when Kamu won, things got awkward when the former HOH made it clear he might not use the Power of Veto.
Kamu has gotten very close to Taylor, Yash, and even LaTrice this week, so he’s definitely prepared to lose his former Red Corner alliance.
A true Big Brother player is able to move throughout the game by aligning with those who benefit their game.
But Kamu could be deemed untrustworthy by future Head of Households, which could send him to the block.
As of Monday morning, Kamu is not planning on using the Veto at all, which will be a huge blow to Hayley and Chuk as Big Brother Season 28.
LaTrice wants Hayley gone, and Angela and Dee are already contemplating flipping the vote to save her.
They barely got out of last week’s flip unscathed, so I really don’t think they have great odds of making this work.
Hayley is a fierce competitor, but I still think that she’d somehow work with Kamu if she stayed in the game.
He’d find a way to explain away his deceit, and honestly, that could make things more interesting.
What seems inevitable at this point is that Angela, Dee, and Rick could be headed for danger.
They’ve been untouchable for weeks, and now, they’re being called out as potential block buddies thanks to them not being nominated yet.
It’s going to be a wild week if they start trying to flip votes.
When the Big Brother Live Feeds returned on Monday afternoon, Kamu did not use the Power of Veto.
The final nominations for the week on this reality TV hit are Barrett, Chuk, and Hayley!
