Tommy sets out to change the face of Birmingham’s Chinatown, and seeks to use donations to the church to guarantee a path of reconciliation for his brother Arthur. Back in the Garrison Tavern, he makes an introduction that promises to change his family forever, and on a barge in Solihull, he has an encounter that could jeopardise his own marriage.
