Norboe was introduced to audiences after appearing on Season 12 of TLC’s 90 Day Fiancé. Fans followed her and her British fiancé-turned-husband, Josh Atkins, as they navigated their relationship.
The show’s twelfth season later wrapped up on August 16, 2026. Following this, viewers saw the release of the season’s three-part Tell All special, which aired the first two parts on September 13 and 20, with the final part set to air on 27, 2026.
During the conclusive episode, things picked off from the previous week, in which Catie stormed off the Tell-All stage during a heated moment. When asked if she really wanted to be married, she replied, “I don’t know! I don’t have to listen to [Josh]! I just want to be young and live my life.” She also expressed that she doesn’t “enjoy being together” and that she thinks she’d “do better on [her] own” before leaving.
Speaking with producers backstage, Catie shared, “I only want to talk to people I like. I don’t care if I make out with people! It’s fine. I don’t want to talk to any of them ever again!” As footage from her infamous birthday party was shown, Catie also told her friend Danika, “I don’t like watching footage of me being bad and then people telling me I’m being bad and need help. They don’t know me.”
Things Took A Turn When The Cast Went Out For Drinks At A Bar
Danika comforted her, sharing that she’s “been really good” since New Years. She also noted her denying offers from friends to go out with them. Catie mused, “It’s totally normal to have crushes on all the people! I always have crushes on everyone. I’m just open about that kind of stuff. I don’t think I’m evil.”
Meanwhile, Josh defended their relationship on stage, saying it’s “simple for [him]” to forgive and move on. Later, Josh admitted that he has to become “the babysitter instead of the partner” when Catie does out. However, he’s committed to “not spending [his] life trying to control her.”
Things, however, took a turn when the cast all went on for a drink. At one point, when Catie went up to get another drink, she was told the bar was closed. When she asked Josh for a sip of his beer, he asked if she had been cut off. She went back to the bar for an espresso. When the bartender once again told her the bar was closed, she stormed out, sharing, “I’m allowed to have a drink!”
Catie called the bartender a “f**king a**hole” and shared that the people at the bar were “evil and mean.” Josh apologized to the producers, with Catie calling him “horrible” and attempting to go to another bar, only for Josh to take her back to their hotel room.
While Some Fans Criticized Catie, Many Also Came To Her Defense, With Many Also Ultimately Wondering If The Moment Was Staged
The next morning, Catie appeared apologetic over what happened, wanting to end her “party girl era.” Josh expressed his approval for this idea.
Taking to Reddit, various fans weighed in on the meltdown. One point of discussion was whether or not TLC rented out the bar for filming.
