90 Day Fiance Mike Berk’s Family Suffers Traumatic Loss
Mike Berk only had one girlfriend prior to meeting Ximena in Colombia. She had two sons who Mike helped take care of. This was okay as the 90 Day Fiance star lived with his father and his grandfather whom he was very close. Unfortunately, things did not work out with him and Ximena as she kept wanting more from him. Finally, he was tired of being taken advantage of but seemed to keep going back. Eventually, he found new love though, at one point, it seemed like maybe they were reconciling.
Now, she might reach out again as Mike’s family has suffered a devastating loss. He revealed on Instagram that his beloved grandfather passed away.
“Pops! May you rest in peace with grandma and mom. I never thought you would go the way you did. We were grateful we had you in our lives for these past 97 years. He fought hard for this country in WW2 in the Philippines. We always love you Pop and you will be in our hearts. ❤️”
Mike also shared a slideshow of photos of his grandfather being happy and doing silly things. Back in March, he shared Grandpa had been experiencing some setbacks. Fortunately, he recovered enough to come home but knew that fans had been asking about him. He wanted everyone to know that he appreciated the sentiments his way. Many people sent condolences to Mike and his family as he made it seem absolutely heartwrenching the way his Pops passed.

The last time Mike Berk really made waves for being out and about was during the last 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days tell-all. He was spotted in New York City walking with Jasmine Pineda which was odd since he had nothing to do with the season. Yet, some cast members become really close so it was assumed that they decided to meet up now that Jasmine was finally in America. Hopefully, all of his co-stars and good friends help him through this difficult time.
