After a fiery public split less than a month ago, 90 Day Fiancé stars Tarik Myers and Hazel Cagalitan might have rekindled their flame.
The fiery on-again, off-again couple first introduced themselves to viewers on 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days season 2. Tarik left his Virginia Beach home to meet Hazel in her home country of the Philippines. The couple surfaced again in Season 8 of the original show.
When they made that appearance, things seemed to be going well despite their issues with their former shared girlfriend. Getting past the issues with Minty, they wed before the end of the season.
However, the relationship didn’t seem destined for a “happily ever after.”
Destined For Singlehood?
Neither Tarik nor Hazel explained to fans what happened, but earlier this month, Tarik began filling his Instagram account with clues that the couple were over. He posted multiple “trust no one” posts. He also featured a video of himself taking down the Philippines flag from the wall of his apartment.
The final straw seemed to be when he unfollowed Hazel.
The reality star eventually revealed that the couple were no longer living together. In fact, he said that Hazel “had no choice” but to go back to the Philippines.
Not long after that revelation, Hazel started a GoFundMe campaign to raise $10,000 because she wanted to get a therapist and a lawyer. She went on to claim that her relationship with Tarik was both emotionally and physically abusive.
Tarik denied these claims and alleged on his Instagram that his wife was saying this so she could stay in the United States.
90 Day Fiancé Stars Rumored To Have Reconciled
While things looked dark and like the couple was headed for an end, it’s possible things took another turn. This time there was a positive update.
A blogger well known to be in the know on this kind of stuff, John Yates revealed on a recent live stream that Tarik and Hazel have rekindled their romance.
Yates went on to say the holiday season might have played a part. The blogger said the couple was “in the car together on Christmas Eve or Christmas day,” when they got back togethr.

The question among many is how long can things be “fixed,” assuming they are. It’s clear that there are issues at the heart of their relationship. They aren’t afraid to hide the big fights. One has to wonder if that’s a recipe for the 90 Day Fiancé stars to have a happy marriage in the long run.
