Andy Cohen has been called George Washington for the way his hair had grown out and looked a little too wavy. Now, he was giving off “grandpa” vibes, but how did this happen? Keep reading for more details.
Andy Cohen Has Become A Grandpa
It is always a big day when kids go back to school. New outfits are bought, hair is cut, and a plethora of photos are taken. For Andy Cohen, he relishes this time as he has two children, Lucy and Ben. He waited a very long time to have his babies and did not think it would happen for him. Andy was single at the time his son, Ben, was born via surrogate. Moreover, he is an openly gay man, so he was unsure if this could be his life. However, Andy was lucky enough to welcome Ben at 50 and then his daughter, Lucy, at 53.

Having kids later in life can be a blessing and a curse, but Andy just saw the harsher side of it. He was picking Lucy, 4, up from school on Thursday, September 10th. That was when another child asked if he was his daughter’s grandfather:
“I just picked up Lucy from her abridged first day of school and a little kid came up to me and said, ‘Are you her grandpa?’”
Of course, the face of Bravo had to make a video about this experience and share his shock and dismay. He promptly removed his sunglasses to school the child and let them know that he was her father. Andy Cohen then asked Lucy if he was her grandpa, but she said that he was her “dad.”
So many followers and Bravolebs gave Andy support and love after his “rough” day. They let him know how good he looked and far from grandpa.
Everyone’s Daddy
It was clear that Andy Cohen had so many fans in his comments, especially his Bravo family. They wanted him to know that he’s everyone’s “daddy,” while others just loved him:
