Melissa Rycroft Arrested Again
In September 2025, Melissa Rycroft was arrested for a DUI. This happened in Southlake, Texas, but she was not sentenced until August 2026. Her punishment included 36 hours of community service, $2K, and 20 months of probation. However, she is in the hot seat again, as she was arrested for another DUI in Texas. This all went down on Halloween night, just two months after she received her sentence for her first DUI. Now, more details have emerged as to what happened on Saturday, October 31st.
Allegedly, Melissa hit an ambulance but fled the scene. Per the authorities:
“The ambulance was stopped at a stop sign when another vehicle struck it and left the scene.”
They searched for the hit-and-run driver and found it to be The Bachelor alum. She was then arrested and taken to jail. It is unclear how this will affect her probation, but an insider alluded to the idea that she may be done with it already.
