From host to Houseguest. One job the Big Brother! house has never seen is a corporate game show host. Season 28 Houseguest Melody Morris is exactly that. So what does that mean?
Coming into the Big Brother house, Melody, currently living in Arizona, aligned herself with Mallory Aurichio, Lyric Medeiros, and Drew Campbell. She has delivered Britney Haynes-style Diary Rooms and even has a flirtmance.
Although Melody has not won any competitions yet, she was rewarded with two punishments from the Timecapsule. The house hasn’t had any game show-themed competitions yet, so maybe that’s where she will shine.

She’s a corporate game show host
According to The Org, Melody is a part of Game Show Battle Rooms, one of the first game show experiences everyone can enjoy. Players can face off against family, friends, coworkers, and more in custom arenas, which are facilitated by the hosts. Melody is one of the hosts.
Think of it as Family Feud, The Price Is Right, and party games got jumbled all into one. According to her LinkedIn, Melody has held this position since July 2025.
Her past jobs
Before becoming a corporate game show host, Melody held down a few more jobs. She was a social media manager at Cronkite News at the beginning of 2024. Melody was also a sales associate at LensCrafters for three years. Before that, she held internships as a sports reporter and social media intern and worked at a coffee shop.
She majored in journalism
Melody graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Arizona State University in 2024. She received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Journalism. Here, Melody was part of the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma.
She also studied political science and government, communication at the University of Colorado, Denver. She earned her business certification from Front Range Community College.
Her relationship status
Although going into Big Brother, she told the show she was single, Melody appeared to have an on-again/off-again relationship at home. The U.S. Sun reported that Melody was dating a guy named Aaron back home, despite flirting with Drew. “Melody was not officially in a ‘full-blown relationship’ when she entered the house, but she had been reconnecting with Aaron shortly before filming began,” an insider told the outlet.
“Her getting on Big Brother happened at pretty much the worst time for them because it was just as things were getting back on track for them and they seemed to be getting serious,” the source continued. Aaron is apparently “angry at the situation, not necessarily at her, but that he has to watch this play out in front of him, and he has no control of it. And he is hurt by what he has seen from her this week.”
Reportedly, the two met while in college and have been on-again, off-again for a long time.
