Rachel Recchia’s BIP Fate Revealed
Season 9 of Bachelor In Paradise is quickly coming to an end. There is just one episode left, and last week’s show saw many unexpected exits.
Seemingly strong couples Blake and Jess, and Tyler and Mercedes broke up. Since it was the women’s turn to hand out roses, Jess and Mercedes pursued new relationships, but Blake and Tyler self-eliminated.
Season 19 Bachelorette Rachel Recchia is one of the contestants hoping to find love again on the beach. She was interested in Jordan after failing to form a connection with the other men on the beach. However, Jordan accepted a rose from Mercedes.

Giving Brayden Bowers His Flowers
Olivia gave her rose to Michael, but if she wasn’t involved with him, she may have given it to Brayden. After all, Brayden saved Olivia from elimination in Episode 7 by giving her his rose.
She took to her Instagram after the episode aired to give him a shout-out. “I just want to take a moment to give [Brayden] his flowers,” she began a lengthy post alongside a photo of the two at the rose ceremony.
She continued, “He has carried himself thus far with such poise and elegance. Everyone’s true character has been shown in my opinion and for y’all to be able to see how genuine, kind hearted and selfless he is makes me so happy.”
Olivia thanked him for not letting her go home that night.
Brayden left a comment on the post. “Ever since day one on paradise felt like we were riding in the same boat. I wouldn’t have wanted to be on paradise if you weren’t there! Love ya forever too!”
Olivia’s ‘RIP’ Message To Rachel Scares, Confuses Fans
Her social media followers loved the post, but her latest tribute to Rachel left them confused and scared. Olivia took to her Instagram Story to share a tribute to her BIP co-stars.
The first source of confusion came when she used a photo of her and Rachel but only tagged Eliza.
The post began, “No one else I would’ve rather surfed with on rose ceremony mornings. No one else I would’ve laughed for 45 minutes straight at the same joke w/ [Eliza.]”
It went on to name some other memories with Eliza. Under the photo of Olivia and Rachel, she wrote, “I love her entire life and I would like to pour one out for the dead homie. RIP Nicole.”
Bachelor Nation fans on Reddit were baffled by the post. If it’s a tribute to Eliza, why is the photo of Rachel? Who is Nicole?
One Redditor thought they knew what was going on. “I don’t know why everyone is confused… this is a shout out to Rachel, very obviously.”
The Reddit user continued, “There are a couple of shout outs to Eliza as well, for specific instances they all shared. She is basically giving love to Rachel and their friendship. And the name at the end is obviously an inside joke, for Rachel’s benefit.”
Several other comments agreed the “RIP Nicole” was some kind of inside joke. However, fans must have peppered Olivia with messages because she followed up with a new IG Story.
“Rachel is not dead guys. She just left the show.”
