As fans of The Ultimatum: Marry or Move On watch the reality show’s fourth season on Netflix, they’re also learning about an off-screen episode involving Blake Robertson, one of the season’s subjects.
On Saturday, TMZ reported Robertson was arrested for allegedly assaulting Hayley Hendrich, his girlfriend and fellow Ultimatum Season 4 participant, at a business in Nacogdoches, Texas, in October 2025.
An attorney for Robertson told TMZ, “Blake’s case was rightfully dismissed by the prosecutor almost immediately, and all records were expunged.”
Hendrich, meanwhile, told the site she declined to press charges and has discussed the alleged incident with Robertson privately but believes public accountability is necessary, too.
TV Insider has reached out to Netflix for comment.

As Swooon previously reported, Robertson is a 26-year-old Texas native who attended Texas A&M before moving to Miami, and he now works as head of marketing and operations at his family’s RV business. He met Hendrich, a 23-year-old marketing specialist, when she was nannying his stepbrothers.
As The Ultimatum Season 4 picks up, Robertson believes they’re ready for marriage, so he’s the one issuing the Netflix reality show’s “marry or move on” ultimatum. Hendrich is struggling to move past feeling emotionally neglected by Robertson earlier in their relationship, but Robertson’s patience is running out, as Netflix’s Tudum blog explains. “I don’t want to look up three years later and still be trying to earn forgiveness,” he said.
So far on Season 4, Robertson entered a trial marriage with Ashley Wilson, and Hendrich entered one with Killian Grondin. The latter relationship hit turbulence, however, when Hendrich found offensive text messages about herself in a group chat on Grondin’s phone.
Season 4 returns with the cast reunion on Wednesday, July 22.
