When the Silva twins went under the knife last season in Darcey and Stacey, viewers were stunned. They did not just have a few procedures but rather a full “snatching” as they called it. However, not everyone was thrilled with the results. Even Darcey’s daughters, Aniko and Aspen shared how they felt on the Season 3 premiere of the hit 90 Day Fiance spinoff.
Darcey and Stacey Get Snatched
For Darcey and Stacey, heading to Turkey was not just about a makeover. This was a full-on sisterly bonding experience they would never forget. It also allowed Darcey to figure out where her relationship with former-fiance Georgi Rusev stood. She was questioning if she could trust him and this trip was giving her a chance to reflect and take time. It was not the first time she had gone under the knife while in a relationship.
While on 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, Darcey showed herself getting her veneers redone. She had also had other cosmetic procedures including a tummy tuck and several types of fillers. As for Stacey, she was new to the world of veneers as she had only had braces in the past. Going to Turkey for their head-to-toe overhaul was a whole new experience. The twin, married to Florian, had never had her teeth shaved down so this was something she was extremely leery of.
They said it was a very spiritual experience, starting with their Hollywood smiles. Both got new teeth and then headed to a doctor who did their lips, nose, lipo, and breasts. Unfortunately, it was revealed he did not have the best reviews from several patients. Furthermore, many fans of the twins were stunned by how the Silvas looked. It sounded like them but the faces were anything but.
Gone Too Far?
The bandages slightly came off on the Season 2 finale but the twins were all over Instagram with their new faces. Darcey’s daughters, Aniko and Aspen believe the twins may have taken it a tad too far, as they shared their feelings in the Season 3 premiere. Fans and viewers could not agree more. Instagram followers had a lot to say. One commented: “Eye on the prize- maybe an eye on a better plastic surgeon for Stacey. Whew chile.” That was followed by this: “Blink twice if you’ve gone overboard with the surgeries.”
The negativity did not stop there. “I‘m so sorry for you have lost your mind,” one follower wrote on a photo. There was so much negative feedback but finally, there was this: “You were perfect the way you WERE. This here is a shame.” The twins love the way they look and feel, for now.
