Everyone is still in shock! More than half of the Big Brother Season 28 Houseguests pulled off the first blindside of the season. Find out who went home.
After Jason de Puy was evicted in a 12-to-zero vote, the house had to look for a new target. If the Toolshed (the eight-person alliance run by the reality TV icons) remained in power, they wanted to target one of their own — Drew Campbell. If the other side of the house won, they would also dismantle the alliance.
Find out how the beginning of week four played out.
HOH: Haley Thogmartin came to power this week. In a competition recycled from last season, the Houseguests dressed in old-timey clothes. They got a few minutes to look around the rooms of the fake house set up. Then, outgoing HOH, Kamu Kirk, warned them of the slasher Jack the Ripper. They had to follow the clues he read out to them, such as, “Jack is looking for rooms with a mirror in them,” and go into the ones that didn’t have that object in them to be saved.

Nominees: Haley nominated Melody Morris, Taylor Brown, and Drew. After Haley promised Lyric Mederios and Yash Patel that they were safe in the HOH competition, she had to figure out who to put up. With The Toolshed being suspicious of Drew playing both sides, she told him he would be a pawn. Haley and Melody clashed as they both talked badly about each other, so that was a no-brainer. Haley explained that Taylor wasn’t aligned with many people, so if she were to be evicted, Haley would not get a lot of blood on her hands.
Timecapsule: Dee Valladares won the third Timecapsule vote. She won a power — the BB Bribe, in which she can bribe any Houseguest with $5,000 in exchange for an action that benefits her game. For example, she can try to convince someone to put or not put someone else up, someone to use/not use the veto, throw a competition, or vote a certain way. She had the entire game to use it.
Angela Murray received the egg detective punishment in week one, and Rick Devens won the Diamond Power of Veto in week two. Click here to find out how to vote.
POV: Taylor won the POV. In a competition hosted by Season 27 Houseguest Morgan Pope, Houseguests had to trick their opponent into drinking the “poisoned” wine. If they drank two poisoned beverages, they were out. The last person standing won.
Taylor took herself off the block, and Haley put up Lyric Medeiros in her place, despite the HOH promising Lyric she wouldn’t put her up. The final nominees for the week are Lyric, Melody, and Drew.
Blockbuster: Drew won the Paw Patrol-themed puzzle competition. This left Melody and Lyric on the block.
Evicted: Lyric became the fourth person evicted this season by an eight-to-three vote. Haley was shocked, as the plan was to get out Melody. The first blindside paid off.
