Pressly is a model and actress. Many were introduced to her as Joy Turner on My Name Is Earl, which originally ran from 2005 to 2009
Following this, Pressly gained further prominence on the sitcom Mom, playing socialite Jill Kendall. She is also known for appearing in films like Can’t Hardly Wait, Inferno, and Not Another Teen Movie.
Pressly was recently scheduled to appear at the fandom-based GalaxyCon. Around this time, she was staying at the nearby Signia by Hilton San Jose.
However, according to TMZ, the actress was asked to leave the California hotel days before her scheduled appearance. The outlet shared that witnesses claimed she had appeared out of sorts at times and touched another guest’s arm.
Pressly was said to have sat in the lobby speaking loudly on a phone for around 30 minutes, cursing, and drinking alcohol. Witnesses claimed that she appeared to be under the influence. She also alleged to have be heard saying, “Mommy loves you” and “You are the best husband I have ever divorced and you are good to our kids.”
The Actress Has Reportedly Since Cancelled Her Scheduled GalaxyCon Appearance
According to the outlet, someone had reported the actress’ unusual behavior, and she was approached by two security guards. Witnesses claimed that she initially ignored this, lifting up her finger and continuing her call. After hanging up, witnesses claimed that Jaime approached a woman attending a wedding, touched her arm, and complained about the security guards. Jaime reportedly received another call before a guard ended the conversation and told her, “We’re done.”
The actress reportedly stepped outside to smoke and returned 10 minutes later, holding hands with a valet employee. She was said to head towards the bar for another drink, with security escorting her away. One witness claimed a guard told the actress to leave after putting her hands on a guest. However, one source told the outlet that Pressly left on her own.

Other sources claimed that the actress was dealing with family matters at the time, which they believe contributed to her behavior at the hotel. Reportedly, Pressly also cancelled her scheduled GalaxyCon appearance.
The actress did not respond to a request for comments at this time. A representative for the hotel, however, shared, “Given our privacy obligations, we are unable to provide any information.”
