Kelly Ripa’s LIVE Return Date Revealed
LIVE with Kelly and Mark viewers have been missing Kelly Ripa. Mark Consuelos explained on Monday, July 27, that his wife and co-host had dental surgery. Several celebrity guest hosts, including Joe Jonas, Mila Kunis, and Carrie Coon, filled in for her.
Mark Consuelos admitted that his wife was struggling with recovery after the gum graft surgery. “[Kelly] famously doesn’t feel pain. When she goes into the dentist, she doesn’t use the Novocaine. But this one hurts, so I know it’s bad,” he told the audience. But she struggled with more was following the doctor’s orders not to talk.
Kelly Ripa returns to LIVE with Kelly and Mark on Monday, August 10. However, those episodes were filmed before her surgery and before the show went on its annual summer hiatus.
Her real return date is Tuesday, September 8, when LIVE returns for Season 39. Viewers will likely hear all about the surgery and her recovery then.
