It’s no secret that the end of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s marriage got pretty ugly. However, until now, it hasn’t been made clear just how bad it got. Now, a source is talking about an argument between Kanye and Kim’s family that never got aired. Keep reading to find out what happened.
Kim Kardashian’s New Book
A new book, called Citizen Kim, is set to hit the shelves later this month. The biography is written about the mogul herself, Kim Kardashian. Jonathan Van Meter, a journalist, has authored the book. Apparently, it will discuss all aspects of the reality star’s life, including her rise to fame, all of her businesses, her family, and her journey with prison reform. However, that’s not all.
The book will also go into some detail about her relationship with her ex-husband, Kanye West. Kim and Kanye had a long, happy marriage and even share three children. However, that all came crashing down in 2021 when they decided to separate. Then, they finalized their divorce in November of 2022. Since then, they have both moved on and found new love.
Kanye has always faced many mental health challenges, and it seems that Kim had to deal with that a lot towards the end of their marriage. However, the book will touch on one thing the public didn’t see – a deleted scene from Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
Kanye Fights The Family
Apparently, in the book, fans will find out more about one of the final KUWTK scenes that never made it to the TV. It all started when Kanye went to Caitlyn Jenner’s house with Kim. This was right after the 2020 elections, in which Kanye tried to persuade voters to make him a write-in candidate for president. As it turns out, Kris Jenner and the rest of Kim’s family didn’t write Kanye in. So, he decided to question them about it, causing a very big scene.
“Kanye came to Caitlyn’s house with Kim and he just started ripping into Kris and the family and questioning them about not voting for him [in his 2020 presidential campaign],” a producer says according to Page Six.
The whole thing lasted 30 minutes.
“He just made it all about himself,” the source continues. “That whole 30-minute battle was very telling, but we had to edit it out.”
Apparently, there was already bad blood at this point with Kanye, but “everybody [was] trying to come back together and be supportive.”
There’s no telling what else will be revealed in Kim Kardashian’s new book.
