KJ Biermann got arrested last month for sexual assault. He is being accused of forcing a girl classmate to put her mouth on his penis. She also claimed that he digitally inserted her vagina. All of this was without consent. However, KJ is denying any of this. He allegedly passed a polygraph test. The girl had also made false accusations before and had no DNA on her. However, she did shower before going to the hospital for it. So, there is a chance it all washed off.

Wants Case Moved To Juvenile Court, Ready To Fight

KJ Biermann and his defense want his case moved to juvenile court. This is something that they are ready to fight for. His lawyer shared their plan.

“We are expecting to enter not guilty pleas to all charges at the plea and arraignment hearing on October 14. I’m going to file a motion for the case to be transferred to juvenile court and for him to be tried as a juvenile.”

KJ has been held in jail since his arrest. This is something that shocked fans. However, they are trying to get him out. It seems that it may not even be possible until October 14. This is a long time for him to wait.

It seems as though KJ wants to get his case moved to juvenile court. This is something that is going to be difficult to get done. However, his lawyer is willing to try his hardest to do what he can. This would make his punishment much less, and he would more than likely not get a bad punishment at all. However, they claim that they have evidence that proves his innocence.
