Marshals Is Set To Debut Its Second Season In Early October
Marshals is a spin-off and sequel series to Yellowstone, serving as the fourth series in the Yellowstone franchise. Making its debut back in March, the series follows Kayce Dutton as he joins a group of U.S. Marshals who protect Montana.
The show’s first season previously wrapped up back in May. However, fans won’t have to wait too long for more episodes, as the second season is set to debut on October 4, 2026, with an episode titled. “All Hat No Cattle.”
A few of the cast members from the original series have reprised their characters on the show. This includes Luke Grimes, Kayce Dutton himself, who recently spoke about the upcoming season with Woman’s World. Noting that his character’s son is getting older, he mused, “Kayce kind of sees his future and how lonely it could be, and I think that’s going to end up opening him up to some possibilities of maybe looking for some sort of love or community again.”
Grimes Himself Recently Appeared In A Trending Country Music Video
Recently, fans have noted that the series is growing a strong connection to country music. Country music star Riley Green made his acting debut on the show. In addition, Grimes himself has been releasing music over the past few years. Famously, he also appeared in the music video for Ella Langley’s “Choosin’ Texas.”
Since then, Grimes opened up about a country star he thought would make a good addition to the show. With a laugh, he mused, “I always said I thought Chris Stapleton would play a really good bad guy. If he reads or hears this, we’d love for you to come on the show.”
Chris Stapleton is a singer and songwriter who has co-written hits alongside stars including Kenny Chesney, Brad Paisley, and Luke Bryan. While not an actor by trade, Stapleton has appeared in a number of shows over the years. This has included Game of Thrones, in which he appeared in a cameo as a White Walker. He also appeared as himself on The Muppets Mayhem and Sesame Street.
