Former Bachelor Matt James seemingly reacted to all the criticism going his way since his shocking breakup post on Instagram. At first, he didn’t say or do anything. However, on Friday, Matt started making big moves beginning with changing some of his thumbnails on social media to photos of just him. Now, he revealed another shocking move. Bachelor Matt James has been posting from out of the country. Of course, everyone’s first thought is that he is just visiting and doing some volunteer work based on the photos and videos he shared. However, he shocked fans once again on Friday afternoon when he revealed he doesn’t know when he’s returning.
Matt shared a video of him getting vaccines and enjoying food as he always does. Part of the video was from his flight. He captioned the post saying, “i booked a one way ticket to Kenya, please share Africa recs 🫶🏾🇰🇪”
Many began telling him it’s good to see him back to which he said it’s good to be back. Several fans posted recommendations of places for him to go. When asked why a one-way ticket, Matt said there was a lot to see.
Matt’s mom also commented on his post saying, “Such a rich experience & opportunity to learn about others and see beyond our borders! #travellearngrowbless” Matt replied back to her that he felt that.
On Friday, he not only announced his one-way ticket but he also finally deleted the breakup post that got tons of negative attention. Since breaking up with Rachael Kirkconnell and then blasting it on Instagram three hours later, he has lost thousands of followers. He was at over a million and now he’s down to 935k as of this writing.

After being together for four years many fans are wondering if Bachelor Matt James and Rachael Kirkconnell could get back together.
Rachael has said more than once now that she doesn’t see that ever happening. She couldn’t take him back after how he treated her and blasted their breakup on social media without giving her a heads-up.
