Outlander‘s final season may have concluded earlier this summer, but fans are already eager for more from the TV universe, which has delivered plenty of paths for spinoffs to carve.
While fans already have Outlander: Blood of My Blood Season 2 to look forward to, the series chronicling the love stories of Claire’s parents, Henry (Jeremy Irvine) and Julia (Hermione Corfield), and Jamie’s (Sam Heughan) parents, Brian (Jamie Roy) and Ellen (Harriet Slater), who is to say there aren’t more stones to turn in future series?
We polled our readers about which concept they’d most like to see next, including the long-teased Lord John Grey (David Berry) spinoff, which would follow the tales captured in Diana Gabaldon‘s novellas highlighting the character, as well as a potential Master Raymond (Dominique Pinon) spinoff, that would delve deeper into the man Claire met in Paris during Season 2, and who turned out to have healing powers that were later honed by Claire herself.

Then we suggested that fans may find a next-generation concept intriguing, putting Jamie and Claire’s daughter Brianna (Sophie Skelton), or grandchildren, at the center of the action. After asking fans to weigh in, they’ve made their thoughts loud and clear, with the Lord John spinoff taking a large lead over all other options, as nearly fifty percent of voters selected that option.
Meanwhile, the next most intriguing spinoff concept was the next generation, garnering about a quarter of the total votes. Following in third place is the Master Raymond spinoff. As for other voters, some expressed an interest in exploring another idea outside of the aforementioned spinoffs, but there was a small crowd of viewers that don’t want any additional spinoffs beyond Blood of My Blood.
Considering Starz’s success with the Power franchise, we’ll keep hope alive that Outlander fans may get the chance to see even more stories within this fantastical world, but let us know where you stand on the results.
