RHOC fans are demanding that “Debbie Downer” Vicki Gunvalson be fired for the second time. She was the OG of the OC but demoted to a “friend of” for Season 14. Then, she was officially let go but would make brief appearances until she was hired back for the iconic Season 20. However, that has seemingly flopped, and viewers are ready for her to get the boot. Vicki Gunvalson Needs To Go
When Vicki Gunvalson first appeared on RHOC, she was demanding, but she had an entertainment factor that viewers loved. She was married to Donn and raising her two children, Briana and Mike, as well as building her insurance business. Unfortunately, as time went on, she became a perpetual victim, but was also quite cruel and unaccountable. That became off-putting for viewers, and her last full-time season was 14. For Season 14, she was demoted to being a friend, and after that, she was gone, making a few appearances each season.
As Season 20 was approaching, Bravo opted to bring her back full-time, seeing as it was such a huge deal. However, this appeared to be an epic mistake, as she has spent most of the episodes thus far complaining, working, whining, and insulting her co-stars. This question was asked on Thursday, September 24th, in a Facebook group:
- Who else thinks it is time they fire Vicki again?
This was a train that fans immediately jumped on, as they believed Vicki Gunvalson served no purpose. Moreover, they wanted her to go and never be allowed back on RHOC:
- So tired of her terrible additude. Always talking about everyone and never take an accountability for saying anything . DEBBIE DOWNER
- Absolutely. She needs to go and stay away
- Insufferable miserable woman
- I hope Andy and Bravo are embarrassed.
It’s Not Just RHOC
For Bravo fans, Vicki Gunvalson is not just on RHOC. She is also a main cast member on RHUGT and has been hard to watch there. Vicki made Kyle Richards feel bad about her separation from Mauricio Umansky. Plus, she drags her co-stars down at every turn. However, some viewers feel she needs another break to recharge. Or they feel she needs one more season to get her groove back:
- She needs to be fired n to recharge etc
- I think they should give her atleast 1 more season. It usually takes a couple seasons for them to get their groove and for the group to mesh well with each other.
Andy Cohen has done his best to defend the decision to bring Vicki Gunvalson back. Unfortunately, everyone thinks that he is just trying to save face.
