He first came to fame through the sketch series In Living Color, with him later starring in the sitcom The Jamie Foxx Show. Foxx later gained further acclaim for his roles in films like Ray, Collateral, Ali, Dreamgirls, Django Unchained, and Baby Driver. He also played Electro in a number of Spider-Man movies.
In his personal life, Fox is known for having two daughters: Corinne Foxx and Anelise Bishop. Recently, it’s been announced that Foxx was expecting his third child with his girlfriend, Alyce Huckstepp. He was 58 at the time the news was announced.
During the September 23 broadcast of Today with Jenna & Sheinelle, Sheinelle Jones was speaking with guest co-host Justin Sylvester. At one point, the two discussed Jamie’s recent baby news.
Jones, who’s a mother of three, congratulated Foxx, sharing, “We love love around here. We love babies.” She explained, “I’m here for it. Clap for Jamie Foxx.”

For his part, Foxx recent opened up about becoming a father again during a recent appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. During the conversation, he joked, “I got a baby on the way … still got it!”
While happy about it, Foxx shared some disbelief over having a child at his age. He shared, “About to be back in the drop-off line. I wasn’t on the fence about it, but being 58 … you know what I’m saying?”
Keeping the conversation going, Foxx shared running into Al Pacino, who also had a child at 83. He shared, “I did run into Al Pacino, so if I was ever on the fence, I wasn’t on the fence when I talked to him. I was like, ‘Al, what’s up?’ [He said] ‘Ah, Jamie, good to see ya. I was worried about ya, Jamie,’” with him springing the news that he was having a baby.
Foxx continued, “I said, ‘Al, how old are you?’ He said, ’84.’ I said, ‘Man, you’re gonna be 84 years old back in the drop-off line.’ 84 years old, back in the drop-off line, every time I get out, they pull me back in.”
