Savannah and Nanny Faye confirm Chrisley Knows Best was fake

As Tv Shows Ace has previously reported, Nanny Faye and Savannah (along with Chloe) revealed plans were in the works for a new reality TV series. Turns out, Savannah has a lot of production companies and networks reaching out and wanting to make something happen. Unfortunately, it is still in the early stages. So, it may be a while before fans actually see a new Chrisley series. Nanny Faye admitted she liked the idea of Nanny Knows Best and is ready to work tomorrow.

Shifting gears a bit, Savannah wanted to discuss what the series would be about. Namely, she wanted fans to know that she didn’t really want the series to be just like Chrisley Knows Best. She wanted a series that was more about reality and less about comedy. She wanted something real that allowed them to express and share their truths. Unfortunately, she revealed this wasn’t something the family was really allowed to do with Chrisley Knows best because it strayed from reality into more of a comedy.

She explained: “It became more of a comedy than it was reality We had fun doing it because we all got to work together, so we got to be around each other.”

We’re going to touch on where we’re at today, Mom and Dad being gone, how we’re coping with it, how we get through it. Also too, having two kids and all of us stepping in to make sure that they have what they need emotionally, psychologically, physically, all the things, I feel like there’s a level of humor to it as well.

Savannah concluded by saying she believes the new series would be heartwarming. The perfect picture of comedy and heartbreak.
