At the time, Stause emphasized dealing with burnout and being financially independent enough to walk away from the show. Meanwhile, Netflix has announced that the show will return for a Season 10, although an official release date has not yet been shared at this time.

However, while attending a creators event on October 21, the THR‘s Creator A-List Party presented by UTA, Stause shared where she stands with the show. At the time, she maintained that she won’t be watching the show.

Stause emphasized that she wasn’t necessarily being negative about the show’s return. She added, “I don’t mean that in a bad way. I hope they have an amazing season.”

Stause Shared That She Won’t Be Watching The Show, But Her Lawyers Could Be Another Story

While speaking with The Hollywood Reporter on the red carpet, which was later shared as a video, Stause continued, “I had a good time with that show. It brought me a lot of really amazing things. I want [the cast] to go on and do their thing. It’s not for me. So, I really wish it the best.”

However, Stause also made sure to share a slight warning during the conversation. She added, “I’ll have lawyers let me know if there’s defamation, but I feel like, to be honest with you, if you love something, let it go.”
