Sharon Osbourne and her kids are still deeply mourning the loss of Ozzy. The rocker died in July 2025, just weeks after his final stage performance. Sadly, the family has split since his death. Sharon isn’t close to her daughter, Kelly, at the moment, but remains close to Jack. The family matriarch opened up about botched plastic surgery during an episode of The Osbournes podcast.
Jack Osbourne kicked the discussion off by mentioning the recent viral reaction to Susan Dell’s appearance during a visit to the Oval Office. The internet roasted Susan Dell for alleged bad plastic surgery. Jack Osbourne’s wife, Aree, brought up Real Housewives alum Brandi Glanville’s recent struggle with a facial parasite possibly caused by filler.
Jack Osbourne asked his mom if she ever experienced botched plastic surgery. Sharon Osbourne recounted a terrifying mishap that left her face damaged. “I’ve woken up and seen the mistakes,” she said.
She opened up about a time her face turned black, and there was an “indentation” from her upper lip to her chin. What happened? “I think the surgeon left it to his mate to do,” Sharon Osbourne speculated. “I think he took a phone call and then his mate [stepped in].”
She claimed that the surgeons aren’t using FDA-approved Botox. “Then you go and complain, and then he starts injecting, and you go, ‘What is in this that you’re injecting me with?’ and they go, ‘Don’t worry. It’s my special concoction,’” Sharon Osbourne added.
While the botched plastic surgery was terrifying, she took responsibility. “Anyway, it’s not like I earn my living out of my f***ing face, so it’s like, okay, I f***ed up, my choice, that’s it.”
She Shares Thoughts On More Surgeries
Sharon Osbourne has admitted to getting five facelifts over the years. The last one was in 2021. She previously said she’s done with plastic surgery. Does she still feel that way today?
“Oh, Jack, who am I doing it for now? I don’t,” she said when her son asked if she planned more surgeries. Sharon Osbourne shared one cautionary tale with listeners.
“I never show my arms because they’re wrinkly and marked, the skin’s going — it’s like what about the rest of you? And then you’ve got a face that looks 50, and your body looks your age,” the former talk show host said.
