Are Fans Giving Her Accurate Information?

Per the Social Security Administration (SSA), Sister Wives fans are giving Meri Brown accurate information. Legally, she is entitled to Kody Brown’s social security benefits. Per the SSA’s website, as long as Meri was married to Kody for over 10 years and he’s over the age of 62, she can claim his benefits.

The SSA website does specify that this information is true even if the divorced spouse remarries. So, Kody marrying Robyn doesn’t take these benefits away from Meri.
