Southern Charm alum Thomas Ravenel is ripping apart his ex, Kathryn Dennis with whom he shares two children. So, what is his current problem with his former co-star and what is he saying about her? Read on for more details on the really sticky situation.
Southern Charm Thomas Ravenel Rips Ex, Kathryn Dennis
Thomas Ravenel and Kathryn Dennis had a tumultuous relationship on Southern Charm. There is a thirty-year age difference between the couple, who are OGs of the hit Bravo reality series. Despite the gap, they still had fun together, though tensions could rise and they could become fiery. Yet, the heat between them resulted in two children. In 2014, Kathryn gave birth to their daughter, Kensington but the baby could not keep the duo together. However, they reconciled long enough to conceive their son, and, in late 2015, St. Julien Rembert was born. Unfortunately, Kathryn had her own issues and entered rehab the following year after having her son.
She also lost custody of her children which might have been a huge wakeup call. Co-stars Craig Conover and Shep Rose confirmed Kathryn Dennis was back for Season 9. Rose admitted that she struggled but reiterated how young she was when she joined the show. She fell, as many people do, but believes she has come a long way and is a good person inside. However, Thomas does not feel the same way. According to Page Six, Ravenel has some choice words, including “horrific.”
Though she was praised at BravoCon by her former co-stars, Thomas Ravenel chose to hate tweet about his ex.
- “The worst person in the world I know is Kathryn Dennis and the total losers who make excuses and applaud her horrific behavior.”
It appears that he has since deleted this tweet but one challenged Ravenel as to why he felt this way. He responded like this:
- “She was involved in a hit and run at an elementary school crossing. Anymore [sic] questions???”
The Backslide
Yes, this did happen last month and a deputy was sent to the hospital. At the same time, some fans were quick to jump to Kathryn’s defense against Thomas Ravenel.
