Todd Chrisley Did Not Care For Savannah & Jason’s Age Gap
When Savannah Chrisley and Jason Galanis first got together, Todd Chrisley was not that happy. Jason is 56, whereas Savannah is 29, so the age gap had him up in arms. Yet, seeing how happy his daughter was changed everything. Then, Savannah shared that she had gotten pregnant naturally, and that sealed the deal. Todd knew what Savannah’s life had been like with endometriosis and how she had undergone IVF. Therefore, learning that this miracle was coming changed everything. Savannah and Jason secretly tied the knot in the Cayman Islands, which was revealed after the fact.
Todd and Jason have something else in common aside from Savannah. They both served time at Federal Prison Camp in Pensacola, Florida. Jason was set to serve sixteen years behind bars, but President Trump commuted his sentence in March 2025. Todd and his wife, Julie, were pardoned in May 2025. At some point, Jason and Savannah connected over common political interests, but Todd has maintained that his new son-in-law adores his daughter:

Todd Chrisley has defended Savannah Chrisley against the “gold digger” allegations. Moreover, he has tried to make it seem like this is a great relationship, which is very sweet. Of course, followers are very worried that she could end up in deep trouble with someone like Jason Galanis.
