90 Day Fiance couple Loren Goldstone and Alexei Brovarnik have revealed if they’d be open to having a fourth child together, although they admitted it’s already ”chaotic” in their house.

Loren gave birth to the couple’s third child, a baby girl named Ariel Raya, on September 6.

Although Loren and Alexi are outnumbered by their children, Alexei, 33, said he’s “open” to the idea of Baby No. 4 during a recent interview with Us Weekly.
“But at this point, it’s a ‘no,'” Alexei told the magazine ahead of the Season 2 premiere of Loren and Alexei: After the 90 Days airing Monday, December 12 at 10:30PM ET/PT on TLC.
“For now, it’s a ‘no’… This is it!” added Loren, who claimed in June that they were “done” having babies.
Loren, 33, said it’s already “chaotic” in her household with three young children.
“Some people, like, I remember when I was pregnant, it was like a 50/50 draw,” she explained.
“Some people said, ‘Oh, it’s totally easy — going from one to two is harder, [and going from] two to three, it’s like nothing. You already have multiples.’ And some people are like, ‘It’s the hardest thing, but it’s so worth it.'”
Alexei said he believes the latter because it’s “a more real” perspective, especially since they’re both a little sleep deprived.
Loren revealed she was expecting her third child in early May, just nine months after she welcomed son Asher into the world in August 2021.
Loren gave birth to her first child, Shai, in April 2020 after celebrating five years of marriage with Alexei.

The pair therefore had back-to-back kids amid the coronavirus pandemic, and Loren told Us in January that she’d like to focus on herself after Baby No. 3 and undergo a “head to toe” makeover.
Now that the couple’s sons have a sister, Alexei assured fans that “the boys are doing great.”
“I think they are both very jealous at the same time,” Alexei noted. “[But] they love [being] together.”
Loren revealed she was “shocked” when she found out she had given birth to a girl after her C-section. Loren, who never found out the gender while pregnant with her third baby, said she was “hoping” for a daughter all along.
“This pregnancy was definitely different,” Loren shared.
But she explained how she’s feeling great and it’s been easy to get back into her routine over the last couple of months.
“Honestly, if you saw me and didn’t know that I had just had a baby, you’d be like, ‘Wait, you just had a baby?’ Because I’m running around, I’m carrying the kids,” Loren said.
“I’ve been very open about my postpartum on social media because selfishly it’s helping me. I’ve had a very hard time — not physically. Physically, I’ve bounced that great. I’m loving it… Mentally though, it’s definitely been a challenge.”

She added, “I can only b-tch to him for so much about my hormones and now he’s just like, ‘Oh, she’s crying. Let her cry it out.”

Loren said it will be nice to go without a baby bump for a while. In fact, Loren said she’d like for Alexei to get a vasectomy since he “can get it undone” if the couple decides to try again.
“But I’m not going to limit myself!” Alexei said with a laugh. “I’m not going to let anybody limit me!”
Season 1 of Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days premiered in January on TLC.
Loren from Hollywood Beach, FL, and Alexei from Nazareth Illit, Israel, initially appeared on Season 3 of 90 Day Fiance followed by the first two seasons of 90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After?.
After meeting on Loren’s birthright trip to Israel, she visited Alexei five times in one year before he popped the question.
Alexei said he applied for a Tourist Visa twice but got denied and so the couple decided to apply for a K-1 visa instead.
Once Alexei got approved for the K-1 visa and traveled to America, the couple had to overcome some challenges, such as Loren having strippers at her bachelorette party, but they still got married during his 90-day visit in September 2015.
Alexei and Loren, who took Alexei’s last name of Brovarnik, also subsequently had a second ceremony in Israel in July 2016 so both of their families could celebrate and witness their union.
It didn’t take long for Loren to get baby fever after getting married.
