Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo’s relationship was doomed from the start. They first met in 2019 and married in 2023. But their union was short-lived. Gino Palazzolo filed for divorce in July 2025, putting their date of separation as April 2024. Jasmine Pineda later filed for divorce in Florida, despite her ex filing in Michigan.

Their marriage was hurt by distance and the decision to have a nonmonogamous marriage. She got pregnant with another man’s baby despite still being married to Gino. She welcomed her third child with Matt Branis in 2025.

Two years after splitting up, the former couple is finally free. Us Weekly obtained court documents that reveal the shocking amount Jasmine has to pay her ex. The judge ruled that she’s to pay Gino $500 a month starting in July for 40 months. That’s $20K total in spousal support.

She did get a few small wins. Jasmine got to keep their home in Florida, while her ex retained their home in Michigan. Furthermore, the court ruled that each of them can keep their personal items.

Gino Palazzolo’s lawyer celebrated the win. “Basically in a nutshell my client is a super nice guy he offered from the very beginning for each party to walk away keeping their own property. She asked for money she was not entitled to. Then attempted to default him in an out of state court. At which point my client was forced to defend himself. The end result, she’s paying my client money and he is not paying her one red cent,” his lawyer said after the hearing.

Her Lawyer Alleges Defamation, Threatens Legal Action

Jasmine Pineda didn’t fight the court ruling. Her lawyer gave a statement about her reaction. “Jasmine is choosing to move forward with grace, dignity, and purpose—not conflict. We are hopeful this chapter has finally come to a close,” her lawyer said.

But the lawyer accused Gino and others of spreading lies about Jasmine and threatened legal action. “A person’s reputation is invaluable. Should false and defamatory statements continue, we are fully prepared to protect Jasmine’s rights through every appropriate legal avenue,” they said as a warning.

Jasmine Pineda’s spousal payments to Gino Palazzolo will continue for three years. That’s longer than their marriage. Share your reaction to the shocking ruling in the comments.
