Brandi Glanville has had a rough several years, and she has shared it with her fans and followers. Now, she is breaking her silence about how she not only lost her father but also her “soulmate” in the span of two weeks. Keep reading for more on what the RHOBH alum had to say.
Brandi Glanville Lost Her Health
For years now, Brandi Glanville has been struggling with her health and trying to figure out what is wrong. She believed that she had an awful parasite in her face and exhausted her savings in an attempt to fix herself. Moreover, she lost teeth and saw various doctors to no avail. Stress was thought to be the cause after a disastrous turn on RHUGT Morocco. However, the mother of two has since learned she has:
- highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm
- Coccidioidomycosis (Valley fever)
- Demodex dermatitis
- Mononucleosis (Epstein-Barr virus)
- A hardened facial/cervical fungal ball
Amid all of this, Brandi lost her beloved father, Guy, with whom she had an occasionally contentious relationship. She discussed their up-and-down situation when she was on Bravo and how she was always seeking his acceptance. Of course, losing him at 77 broke her heart. Now, within a matter of two weeks, she has lost someone else very close to her. Their name was @proudmia, or Markee and Brandi had this to say on her social media:
- These have been the worst two weeks of my life. First my dad, and now my best friend & soulmate @proudmia. 💔Words cannot describe the pain I feel right now, I am just numb. I will love and miss you both forever and always. Rest in peace. 🕊️🕊️
Brandi Glanville proceeded to share snaps of her father and her close friend, which were extremely heartwarming. However, her friend had not posted on Instagram since 2024, and it was a dig at Brandi’s former employer, Andy Cohen. They shared a magazine cover of Andy with this caption:
- This smug f*ck!! He made his millions off the backs of these women that they just discard. Your day will come Andrew it’s just a matter of time! #bravover
Fans Rally Around Brandi
It is unclear how Markee passed away, but fans and followers rallied around Brandi Glanville. They wanted her to know that she was not alone and that she was beloved:
