Sister Wives star Christine Brown Woolley appeared to be a fan favorite for a very long time. Now, as Season 21 rolls on, it seems her veil has finally been lifted, and she is being called a “red flag.” Keep reading for more on what is being said about how Christine has changed.
Christine Brown Has Turned Viewers Off
Sister Wives fans used to appreciate how dedicated Christine Brown Woolley was to her plural family. She was the homemaker and taught the children. This was a huge undertaking, especially since they had twelve kids with one on the way when the series premiered on TLC in 2010. As time went on, Christine was replaced by Robyn Brown as the “obedient wife.” Moreover, Christine started finding herself and her independence, eventually leaving Kody Brown and polygamy in 2021. She has since moved to Utah, built her own businesses, and married David Woolley.

Her newfound independence is admirable, but it has evolved into arrogance. She has maintained a close friendship with her former sister wife Janelle Brown. However, she has been estranged from Meri Brown, although the three are attempting to reconnect. That’s happening in Season 21 of Sister Wives, and viewers are seeing a new side of Christine. They see her as a villain and have nothing nice to say any longer:
- That way she talks to people is so rude and condescending. Like she’s talking down to you and thinks your absolutely stupid.
- I’ve seen her facade since the beginning. She plays the happy cheerleader part but behind closed doors she’s cruel. Christine is genuinely two-faced and male centered. Like you said, the mask has fallen.
It was also noted that Christine worked hard to turn her daughter, Aspyn, into a mother long before she was ready. Yet, she never should have had that kind of responsibility so young. When the mothers went on a trip and Aspyn was left in charge, Truely got sick and was ultimately hospitalized. Logan, who was Kody and Janelle’s eldest child, also played the same role in his “family.”

Faking Happiness
Sister Wives fans also noted how Christine Brown Woolley constantly feels the need to say how happy she is in her marriage. Those who are so happy do not need to say it over and over again. They are sick and tired of her and her husband, plus they believe she is using him to prove she has moved on. Has she? It does not feel like it to viewers, and she has made Season 21 unwatchable:
- At first the “David loves me” thing was nice because I was happy for her, but as time goes on? I feel like she’s trying to use that as a way of trying to convince everyone she’s moved on.
- I know, I love this for us who have seen Christine for who she really is: a bully.
- A red flag for me was always how she talked. Her voice and intonation reminded me of Michelle Duggar.
