After a short marriage to someone else, Spy Kids star Alexa PenaVega and Carlos PenaVega fell in love and tied the knot. That was a decade ago and together they have formed a beautiful family. They are both dedicated to their faith which has kept them grounded as well as their family. The duo has three children, Kingston, Rio, and Ocean but were excited for their second daughter to join them. They posted a photo of Alexa with her bump, all in pink latex and a green fur shrug. She was leaning back onto Carlos who was standing behind her with his hand on her tummy this past November.
At the same time, they were still in shock that they would be adding another little one to their brood. Unfortunately, tragedy struck and they shared this horrible news via their respective Instagrams. Their daughter made it into the world but sadly, she could not stay. They explained that “Indy” was born at “rest” though they did say that the delivery was both “beautiful” and “peaceful.” It was noted how she looked like her father and, despite how heartbroken they are, the PenaVegas feel blessed. They feel lucky that they were able to spend just a moment with their daughter.
The couple concluded by saying they could not wait to see how many lives she would change. Of course, the comments of support came pouring in. Alan Bersten, who is a pro dancer on DWTS, which the couple competed on, wrote this: “So sorry for your loss. Sending you guys so much love ❤.” Fellow pro and mom, Lindsay Arnold Cusick added: “I am so so sorry for your loss 🫶 sending prayers of comfort and peace to you all 🫶.”
