Carrie Underwood is stunning as she shows off her gym-honed body for a joint workout with trainer Eve Overland.
The country singer and CALIA clothing designer recently featured in a promotional post on her Fit52 app’s Instagram. Carrie launched Fit52 back in 2020 and five years after dropping her popular CALIA range. The American Idol winner was in beast mode while enjoying an indoor workout. She also looked too cute in little blue shorts and a girly pink tank.
It’s Workout Time!
The gallery opened with Carrie and Fit52 cofounder Eve back to back and in a stylish indoor space. The two were on yoga mats. Carrie was stunning in blue gym shorts and a tank look while working her toned thighs and flaunting her sculpted arms. Meanwhile, Eve held a kettlebell as she worked her arms. Carrie wore her blonde hair in a ponytail, also sporting a simple face of makeup and a little pink eyeshadow to match her tank top. The mom of two definitely proved that her workouts are paying off. In fact, the post was all about summing up the best moves of 2022.
A swipe showed video action as Carrie and Eve delivered some moves. A caption addressed fans, reading:

Carrie Underwood: Fitness Is Her Passion
Carrie has put her all into her app. In a statement, the Grammy winner said: “Fitness is a true passion for me,” adding: “The fit52 app incorporates what I’ve been doing myself for years, and we’ve made it easy and totally accessible for anyone that wants help to work in working out. We worked really hard to create a high-quality, user-friendly app that is designed for busy people and their busy lives. fit52 meets you wherever you are on your health journey, and I’m so proud of it.”
Running Her CALIA Brand
Carrie also channels her love of fitness via her CALIA athleisurewear line. The brand proves popular as fans rave about the quality, but there are grumbles about the high price tag. Also retailing apparel are country singers Miranda Lambert and Jessie James Decker. Carrie even has a health-centric book. In 2020, she released her Find Your Path diet and exercise book. It coincided with the launch of Fit52.
A reviewer of the app at The Verge called Fit52 addictive. “They’re made up of very standard exercises that aren’t harder, more creative, or more fun than anything you can find online. And yet I’ve been using it all week more consistently than I usually use other fitness apps. I keep going back,” they said. For now, though, it’s all about that workout.
