A recent lawsuit has claimed that music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs raped a man on camera. It’s also been claimed that the mogul attempted to pay the alleged victim. This comes out after a large slew of accusations have been made against Diddy since his September arrest.
Diddy Has Faced Multiple Lawsuits Since September
Diddy had been arrested back in September. Facing charges including sex trafficking and racketeering, the mogul is currently behind bars at a detention center in Brooklyn.
Throughout the months since his arrest, Diddy’s legal team has attempted to see him released on house arrest. However, a judge has since rejected at least three bail proposals.
At this time, Diddy has also faced multiple lawsuits, making various accusations against him. As previously reported, a civil suit made back in October alleged Diddy raped an underage victim with another male celebrity.
Since the suit had been refiled, rapper Jay-Z had also been named. However, Jay-Z ultimately denied the allegations made against him.
As noted by TMZ, various anonymous plaintiffs have made claims against Diddy. Some of these allegations have included the victims being drugged and sodomized by the mogul. As the publication noted, one of the claims dates back to 2019.
These various claims usually allege the victim attended a party with Diddy and his crew. Some claims incidents took place at hotels, while another alleged that they were raped at Diddy’s Hamptons residence.
Many of the claims allege that the victim was given an alcoholic beverage from Diddy that would later make them disoriented. According to the suit, as noted by The U.S. Sun, the alleged victims claimed that they suspect they were given a “popular date-rape drug Rohypnol, or GHB, to commit heinous non-consensual acts of sexual violence and rape onto countless victims.”
The Mogul’s Legal Team Has Spoken Out About These Allegations
As the publication noted, one victim alleged that Diddy’s associates filmed him being raped. It was also claimed that one of these associates tried to pay him $2,500.
This was notable as the other accusers haven’t claimed that they were paid. Ultimately, the accusers have also claimed that they initially did not go forward with the accusations out of fear and embarrassment.
Notably, many of these claims date back over recent years. However, TMZ noted some claims were dated as back as the early 1990s.
However, Diddy’s legal team has denied these allegations. As TMZ noted, they also released the following statement: “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.” At this time, Diddy’s trial is set to take place in May 2025.
