Another new episode of DWTS came out this week, which means the season came to an end for another couple. However, this time, Ezra Sosa is not happy about who got the boot. Keep reading to find out what he has to say about the episode’s conclusion.
DWTS Elimination
This week, Taylor Hanson was eliminated from the show alongside his pro partner, Britt Stewart. Taylor Hanson is the lead singer of the band Hanson; meanwhile, Britt first appeared on DWTS back in 2016. She became the show’s first Black female pro in 2020. During the last six years, Britt has never taken home the win, and this year is, unfortunately, not her year either.
The theme of the night was Yacht Rock, and Britt and Taylor did the Foxtrot to the song What a Fool Believes. They ended up in the final three with Guillermo Rodriguez, and his partner Witney Carson, along with Jackson Olson and his partner, Emma Slater. With a score of 18/30, Britt and Taylor danced their last dance and were sent home.
It was a dramatic moment after their names were called. Britt could be seen telling Taylor over and over again how sorry she was. Of course, Taylor has nothing but nice things to say about his dancing partner.
“This has been everything,” he says. “This has been incredible. She’s shown me things I didn’t think were possible and I’m so grateful for this time. Amazing.”
Needless to say, Britt shares the same sentiment, adding, “Taylor, I am so grateful that I have you in my life. Thank you so much for everything. Thank you.”
However, despite all their love, people are pretty mad that this is the couple to go home. And it seems that not only are fans mad, but so is another pro dancer.
Ezra Sosa Speaks Out
It seems everyone has a lot of feelings about Britt and Taylor going home. In fact, according to Page Six, Ezra actually commented on a video posted about them being sent home. It’s clear that he’s pretty mad.
“I’m so pissed,” he writes.
Other fans seem to agree, the source reports.
- “This should have been her season. He did so much better than a few of the guys. Idk how he was sent home.”
- “Oh Ezra is PISSED. Poor Britt, she deserves better.”
Others note that it seems unfair that Britt has yet to win during her six years. Not only that, but they were only the fourth elimination of the season.
