During Her Time With The Network, Maria Bartiromo Worked On Mornings with Maria & Sunday Morning Futures
Bartiromo is a journalist who is known for her work with Fox News. In particular, she hosted Mornings with Maria and Maria Bartiromo’s Wall Street for Fox Business and Sunday Morning Futures With Maria Bartiromo on the Fox News channel. Prior to this, she was known for working with CNN.
Earlier this month, Fox News Media announced that it had parted ways with Bartiromo after twelve years at the network. For her part, she has denied through her attorney that she was fired. Her last day on the air had been August 9.
At the time, it was shared that many of Bartiromo’s namesake programs would continue with other hosts. According to TV Insider, Fox Business host Larry Kudlow is set to take over Sunday Morning Futures.
Fox News Media Has Since Released A Statement Highlighting Larry Kudlow’s Background
Kudlow will start working on the program on September 27 at 10 AM EST. Serving in a temporary position, Kudlow will remain on the program until November 8, as announced by Fox News, meaning his tenure will run through the midterm elections. A new permanent host is expected to be announced at a later date.
Kudlow has worked for the network since 2021. He hosts a weekday show called Kudlow, which focuses on economic issues. Prior to this, he served as the director of the National Economic Council. He also worked at CNBC for 25 years before making the switch to Fox.
In a press release, Fox News highlighted Kudlow’s career. As a statement shared, “Since joining FBN in 2021, Kudlow’s eponymous market-close program Kudlow (4PM/ET) has consistently ranked as the most-watched show in business television. Throughout his tenure with the network, he has interviewed key politicians, business leaders and administration officials including President Donald Trump, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, Elon Musk, House Speaker Rep. Mike Johnson, among others. He has also provided economic and political commentary across FOX News Media platforms.”
