Anna Camp will help HGTV viewers get into the spooky spirit with a unique new series.
The Scream 7 actress will host HGTV’s latest competition series, A Very Haunted Renovation, which premieres this fall. The show will follow “six daring designers” as they transform one of the country’s most haunted homes: Bihl Manor in Fremont, Ohio. Adding a fun, scary twist, the contestants will live in the mysterious mansion throughout the renovation process.
“In each episode, the brave renovators will face elimination challenges that put their nerve, creativity and design skills to the test as they bring the home’s spine-tingling spaces back from the dead,” the show’s official description reads. One lucky designer will walk away with a $50,000 cash prize.
“Bihl Manor is one of the most haunted homes in America,” Camp said in a press release statement. “Unoccupied, falling apart and on the verge of demolition, no one is brave enough to step foot inside — until now.”

The preview shows glimpses of the designer’s stylish renovations, as well as the struggles they experience while working and living in the haunted space. As Camp states, the contestants will work to bring the run-down manor “back from the dead” and prevent it from “being destroyed and forgotten.”
