If you couldn’t make it to The Vampire Lestat‘s one-night only concert in New York City in June, it will soon be available for everyone to see.
The concert took place live at the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan on June 2, with Sam Reid performing six original songs by show composer Daniel Hart in-character as Lestat. The standing-room-only event was preceded by a screening of The Vampire Lestat Episode 1. The season premiered on AMC and on AMC+ a few days later on Sunday, June 7, and aired weekly through July 19.
Interview With the Vampire was renewed for Season 4 during San Diego Comic-Con 2026 on July 24. Season 4 will be titled Anne Rice’s Queen of the Damned. Showrunner Rolin Jones told TV Insider that Queen of the Damned is essentially Part 2 of The Vampire Lestat.

Where can I watch The Vampire Lestat concert?
The Vampire Lestat: One Night Only LIVE will be available to stream on AMC+ starting on Sunday, August 23. Anyone with an AMC+ subscription will be able to watch it. Highlights from the premiere event were screened for fans in Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con on Friday, July 24.
The Vampire Lestat and the previous two seasons of Interview With the Vampire are streaming on AMC+. Seasons 1 and 2 are also on Netflix.
What songs were performed during The Vampire Lestat concert?
While some of the tracks on the setlist were singles that had already been released, there were some songs that fans had never heard before, such as “The Loneliness” from Episode 3 and “Brutal Love” from Episode 6. Hart told TV Insider that “The Loneliness” is his favorite song he wrote for Season 3 and that it was his favorite song to play because it has “lots of different rhythms in it, and it feels like it’s a bit new.”
The hardest song he wrote for Season 3 was “Stained Glass Eyes” from Episode 5, which wasn’t performed during the concert.
“I spent more time on it than any other song,” Hart told us. “I rewrote it from the ground up at least three times. I finished it, and then I was like, ‘Yes!’ And then I listened to it a couple more times and I was like, ‘No!’ And then I did the same thing a couple more times and finally got to a place where I was happy with it. I showed it to Sam Reid, and I showed it to Rolin [Jones]. They were really happy with it, and it made it in the show.”
Is there a Vampire Lestat album?
Yes, every song created for Season 3 were put onto one album called The Failures, released on July 24. The album has 23 songs, including some demos and a remix. In-season, the songs from each episode were released as weekly EPs.
The soundtrack for The Vampire Lestat orchestral score comes out on August 21. The Vampire Lestat (Original Series Score) features 37 songs, one of which Hart feels is one of his best compositions yet: “Blood Marriage” from Episode 4, when Lestat cuts a ring onto Gabriella’s (Jennifer Ehle) finger.
“I don’t think this has ever happened to me before, but the day that everybody in our crew watched back that episode after it had been edited and mixed and the score was in and everything, I got so many texts and phone calls from actors in the show, from our executive producer Mark Johnson, from Rolin Jones, the showrunner,” Hart told us. “Everybody was like, ‘This one piece of music, it’s really, really good. Bravo, you’ve outdone yourself.’ So, I’m really proud of that one.”
