Kourtney Kardashian is a household name thanks to her family’s various reality shows. However, her children are known for keeping some distance from the cameras. During one rare appearance, one of the star’s sons pointed out a difference between his mother and her on-camera persona.
Kourtney Kardashian & Her Children Recently Visited Palm Springs On Hulu’s The Kardashians
Viewers were introduced to Kourtney and her family through the E! reality series, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, starring in a number of spin-offs. More recently, fans have been following the family’s lives through the Hulu series, The Kardashians.
In her personal life, Kourtney has four children of her own. She shares three with her ex-partner, Scott Disick: Mason, Penelope, and Reign. She and Travis Barker also share a son, Rocky. In addition, her blended family also includes Barker’s children from a previous marriage and a stepdaughter, Atiana De La Hoya.
Recently, Reign called his mother out for something he claims she rarely does while filming for their television series. At the time, Kourtney and Barker brought their blended family to Palm Springs for a Blink-182 show.
While getting ready, Kourtney brought her sleeping son, Rocky, out to see the sunset. Reign asked, “Mom, what are you doing?” His mother explained “Looking at the beautiful view.”
Kourtney Previously Explained That She Doesn’t Even Like Featuring Her Children Too Heavily On Social Media
Reign then quipped, “Bro, you never do this. You’re only doing this [for the cameras.]” As he said this, he could be seen pointing to the camera crew. Kourtney shared, “I was out here, and they just found me.” This caused Reign to quip, “Oh, damn.”
Over the years, Kourtney has been known to make use of natural light when it comes to cameras. Back in June, she shared a photo of herself holding her child on the beach, as the sun shone brightly in the sky. At the time, she shared a simple caption reading, “June gloom.”
As fans know, Reign doesn’t commonly appear on The Kardashians, making “rare” or occasional cameos on the show. As Kourtney once explained on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast in 2022, “I see comments all the time that I’m never with my kids, and I just don’t love to post my kids on social media.”
