Kyle Richards & Mauricio Umansky Aren’t Under The Same Roof Any Longer
Even as recently as a month ago, Kyle Richards said that she and Mauricio Umansky were still living together in Encino, trying to hammer things out. But something shifted during that time and it doesn’t seem like these exes are going to repair their broken relationship.
Page Six recently reported about Mauricio’s trip to Aspen, Colorado where the reality star seemingly confirmed the marriage was over. An eyewitness allegedly overheard Mauricio tell a woman that he and Kyle were no longer together.
The 53-year-old released a statement denying the conversation ever took place. But now, it seems like there was certainly an element of truth there.
The truth all came out during the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 reunion special. Andy Cohen pressed Kyle Richards and coaxed out details of her marriage. And it wasn’t at all positive.
“I let him stay in the primary bedroom because it’s very, like, masculine, and the upstairs floor is like the glam — I can’t stand that word — area, and there’s, like, a bed,” the 55-year-old said, confirming that her ex was looking for somewhere else to live. “So I was like, ‘You know what, what am I gonna do? Put him a little room with flowers and, you know, pink and velvet?’ No.”
The Rumor Mill Definitely Added More Fuel To The Fire
Life as a reality TV star comes with its share of hurdles and hassles. Sadly, it seems that the ongoing rumors about Mauricio Umansky’s cheating contributed to the dissolution of the marriage.
Earlier in the reunion special, Kyle Richards confirmed she felt incredibly insecure whenever tabloids discussed Mauricio’s wandering eye. Even if she didn’t necessarily believe the rumor, it always put a shadow of doubt in her mind. Perhaps in another life, the pair would have worked out their problems.
