The Season 1 finale of The Real Housewives of New Jersey featured an explosive argument between Teresa Giudice and Danielle Staub that ended when Teresa angrily flipped a table. It seems she passed her temper on to her daughters. Her 20-year-old daughter was arrested in May. Now, new reports claim that one of her sisters called the cops before the arrest. Keep reading for the latest on the shocking incident.
Milania Giudice Arrested
Teresa Giudice and her ex-husband, Joe, both spent time in prison after pleading guilty to fraud. He was deported to Italy and later moved to the Bahamas. The former couple shares four daughters – Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, Milania, 20, and Audriana, 16.

Milania Giudice attends college at the University of Tampa to be close to her father. She started her junior year in the fall of 2025. It came out earlier this week that she was arrested in New Jersey on May 14. She was charged with simple assault and purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury, according to the authorities. However, not much about the actual incident has been released so far. A new report gives a shocking clue that the domestic violence incident involved one of the other Giudice daughters.
Her Sister Reportedly Called Cops Before Arrest
Milania Giudice’s arrest for domestic violence wasn’t her first time making headlines. She was involved in a car crash in New Jersey in 2024 but wasn’t at fault for the accident. The news of her arrest in May was a shock because she’d been posting on social media as if nothing had happened. So, what did happen?
The police haven’t released any information about the incident. But a source spilled some shocking details to Reality Blurb. “There was an explosive fight in the house where things escalated. There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her. It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people,” the site reported.

The source didn’t reveal which of Milania’s sisters called the police or how they were involved in the alleged domestic violence incident.
RHONJ Alum Makes Cryptic Post
As we mentioned, Milania Giudice continued to post as usual on social media since May 14 without mentioning her arrest. Maybe she thought it wouldn’t go public. But now that it has, she has a message for anyone judging her.
She shared a cryptic quote on her Instagram Stories alluding to the arrest. She shared a picture of a road sign with the quote, “None of us sit high enough to look down on anybody. Be humble.”

Since it was on Instagram Stories, people couldn’t leave public comments. But her arrest was addressed on Reddit. Check out what people are saying:
- “She’s been posting unbothered on tiktok all day. Getting attention for being bad, just like she used to on tv.”
- “She has been noticeably manic on social media lately, this is not a surprise unfortunately.”
- “She’s young. Hopefully she reflects on this and changes course. Sad to see though.”
- “She goes from 0 to 60 in a hot second, kinda like mom”
- “I guess the apple don’t fall far from the Tre”
Milania Giudice was in court a few days after her arrest but didn’t enter a plea at that time. Stay tuned for more on this developing story.
