‘The Bachelorette’: ABC Switches Up Charity Lawson’s Schedule

The Bachelorette featuring Charity Lawson is set to premiere June 26 on ABC. However, there’s been a change that has left fans a little confused. The show has typically always aired during a specific time slot on Monday nights. ABC is switching it up this season. When can fans watch Charity begin her journey for love? When can fans watch Charity Lawson begin her journey as The Bachelorette?

The Bachelorette has aired during the same time slot for many seasons. It aired from 8 to 10 PM ET followed by a 7 to 9 PM slot in the Central and Mountain time zones. Charity Lawson’s season is going to be different. Another hot show has taken over the early slot leaving The Bachelorette to air an hour later in all time zones.

So now, fans will be watching the hit show Claim to Fame featuring Kevin Jonas as host. This will air in the original time slot slated for Charity. Everyone will be able to check out Charity’s premiere and limo entrances beginning at 9 PM ET and 8 PM CT. This format will continue throughout her season of the show.

Those who can’t watch the premiere on live television will be able to stream the show the following day on Hulu.

Some fans are not liking the switch-up by ABC. Some went to Twitter to say they were trying to decide if they wanted to stay up to watch The Bachelorette premiere or go to sleep. Others just expressed confusion about when the show will be airing. Hopefully this clears it up for most.

Many viewers are excited to see Charity as she begins her journey for love. Things didn’t work out with Zach Shallcross but now she has her own chance to get a happily ever after.

Plus, for the premiere, she has a secret ally on her side. Her brother is disguising himself to go undercover and help determine if her 25 men are there for the right reasons.

Claim to Fame has quickly become popular with Kevin and Frankie Jonas as hosts. The new reality show “challenges 12 celebrity relatives to step outside their famous family member’s shadow and live together under one roof, concealing their identity and lineage in the quest for their own fame and fortune. They will compete in challenges, form alliances and play DNA detective in hopes of avoiding elimination and winning the coveted $100,000 prize, and staking their own Claim to Fame!
