Jenny Slatten Shares Heartbreaking Health Update
When Jenny Slatten began having problems swallowing and noticing changes in her voice, she went to the doctor. She wasn’t expecting a life-changing diagnosis. However, Jenny Slatten still lives in India and her husband was recently denied a visa so they could return to the U.S. for treatment.

Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh shared her diagnosis with the public in May 2026 after online rumors that she had a stroke. Her ALS has progressed quite rapidly since she was first diagnosed. Jenny Slatten struggled to speak in a video posted to Instagram in September.
“It’s difficult for her to balance while she’s walking or doing anything,” her husband told viewers. Despite the disease progressing, Jenny Slatten shared an update that showed her living her best life while she still can.
