DWTS Fan Favorite Returns After 5 Years
Sharna Burgess joined the DWTS troupe in 2011. She was promoted to the main cast in 2013 and paired with comedian Andy Dick. The pro dancer quickly became a fan favorite. She took home the Mirrorball trophy in Season 27 when she was paired with Bobby Bones. It’s one of the most controversial wins in the franchise’s history because of his consistently low scores.
The beloved dancer’s last celebrity pairing on DWTS was in 2021 when she competed alongside her real-life partner, actor Brian Austin Green. Sharna Burgess took the following season off after giving birth to her first child. She wanted to return for Season 32 but DWTS opted for other pro dancers. But the fan favorite finally returned for Season 35.
Sharna Burgess is paired with former Bachelorette alum Tyler Cameron. She’s still not sure about his team name suggestion of “Team SharT,” though fans love it. Tyler Cameron and Sharna Burgess are doing okay in the competition so far. They received a 17 out of 30 on the premiere night. A score of 16 out of 30 in Week 2 landed them in the bottom three with Guillermo Rodriguez and Giada De Laurentiis.

The blonde beauty famously sported a bright red look in her early seasons on the dance competition. She took to social media to reveal the bold decision to go back to the stunning red look. The transformation was part of the launch of Sharna’s partnership with Amika coming soon to Sephora.
