Isabel Roloff is being blasted online after her “oblivious” and “privileged” recent posts. Little People, Big World fans aren’t happy about some of her recent words and actions. So, what did Isabel do to get fans so worked up? And what are they saying?
In the past, Isabel and many other members of the Roloff family have been called out. Isabel is not a part of LPBW. However, many fans follow her because she married Jacob Roloff. They like to keep up with all of the Roloff family members online.
Because Isabel and the rest of the family have many followers on social media, they are subject to all kinds of backlash and criticism. So, this certainly isn’t the first time that Isabel Roloff has taken the heat.
Isabel Roloff blasted online for recent post
On her Instagram stories, Isabel snapped a picture of the baby formula shelves at her local Whole Foods. This was taken amid the formula shortage in the United States. Though there are a few cans on the shelves, there aren’t many and they all appear to be the same brand and type.
She wrote, “Also this is a privilege but it is the first time I am learning how EXPENSIVE formula is.”
On Reddit, Little People, Big World fans and critics are talking about the post. Many of them are calling Isabel Roloff oblivious and privileged. They are trying to figure out how she didn’t know how expensive formula costs. They think her privilege is very obvious from this recent post.
Someone else points out, “I find it extremely hard to believe she didn’t know formula was expensive…it’s something that never came up in conversations with anyone or reading ‘getting ready for baby’ books.”
Also on her Instagram stories, Isabel posted about the formula shortage and said her followers could Venmo her so she could send formula to parents in need. However, fans saw an issue with this. On Reddit, they are pointing out that she is just taking formula off the shelves and preventing people from buying it.
Someone says, “Leave it for the people that are searching daily for it.”
