Kelly Clarkson Admits She’s Not Fancy
The one thing about Kelly Clarkson is that she is an average girl. She loves to have a good time, is all about family, and her Montana Ranch. The performer just ended her summer Las Vegas residency, which she’s been thoroughly enjoying. Along with that, she has been performing new songs and is sharing fun stories to go along with them. In the middle of one show, Kelly was struck by a concertgoer’s ensemble. She immediately had to halt what she was doing to ask them where they purchased their outfit.
The attendee responded that it was all from Etsy, and that made Kelly so excited. She then shared that is where all of her money goes as she is obsessed with the site. Moreover, she equated it to teenagers working at a store they loved because they would never see their checks. That is what Etsy is to her:
“That is … did you say Etsy? Oh my god! Like, all of my money goes there! It’s like you know the story [of how] you shouldn’t work as a teenager because your entire check will be spent? I never worked at a vinyl store because I’d never make money. That is the same … that is amazing.”
Immediately, her fans loved hearing this and felt that it added to her relatability. She was so down to Earth and had no problem admitting that she loved price-friendly finds.
Kelly Clarkson has previously done ads for Wayfair, so this love of Etsy should be no surprise to anyone.
Fans Love Kelly More Than Before
As if they could not love Kelly Clarkson any more, they then saw how much like them she was. It was not as if they did not know it before. She has always been a down-home girl in many senses of the word. However, this further reiterated it:
