Kim Zolciak’s Son Is Being Shown No Mercy
It was a major shock when Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s oldest son, KJ, was arrested for alleged sexual assault. This supposedly happened in April between KJ and a fellow female student while at a gym. After several months, KJ was finally arrested, but Kim is disputing that any of this is true, as most mothers would. Moreover, she released a statement defending her son, alleging that there is no viable proof. After all of the time it took to arrest and charge KJ, many onlookers believed that there was more to the story.
They hoped that a judge would not charge him if there was not some solid proof. Additionally, KJ, 15, has been charged as an adult and is now being held behind bars until his September 1st court date. Immediately after these details were released, RHOA fans chimed in. They were shocked that he was being charged as an adult plus being held. Of course, it raised many eyebrows and prompted several questions:
- I don’t want to rush to judgment, but the fact that they’re charging him after months of investigation, as an adult & no bail. WOW
- I still don’t understand how they can charge him as an adult when he was 14 at the time of the accusations. 🤷♀️

KJ’s lawyer, Jason Sheffield, shared that he had passed a polygraph and was “100% innocent”:
“[He] tried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher, [and has] evidence of other prior false allegations by the alleged victim.”
Moreover, there was no DNA evidence from Kim Zolciak’s son, so that is the proof that they are going with.
A Long Road Ahead
Kim Zolciak has been busy doing damage control for KJ. However, Kroy Biermann has been on daddy duty. He was recently spotted out in Georgia picking one of their sons up from an activity. The parents have spent years going back and forth while trying to prove that they are worthy custodians. This incident could further raise red flags as to whom the four minor children should reside with. Those who have read this story feel horrible about what has happened.
