Mama June: Family Crisis loses fans because of the way the family treats the death of Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell. At just 29, June Shannon’s daughter passed away in December last year after fighting aggressive cancer. And, passing out the ashes like candy is just one more complaint from WeTV viewers.
Mama June Upset Fans Who Want The Show Canceled
Viewers felt sad when Anna Cardwell passed away. Mostly, their sorrow came because her short life contained some trauma. As a child, her mom hooked up with Mark McDaniel, who reportedly abused her for about six months. After they split, WeTV fans were shocked because Shannon allegedly took up with him again, after his release from prison. For some time, she lived with her grandmother, Sandra Hale, and WeTV made a big drama about her attending Anna’s funeral in the new season’s premiere.
Anna Cardwell remained estranged from Mama June until the last months of her life. However, June took custody of her grandchild, Kaitlyn, despite the wedding showing Anna telling her children that Eldridge Toney would be their stepfather. Already, fans feel disgusted and claim Shannon took custody of her grandchild, Kaitlyn, to make money off the child. Additionally, they accuse the WeTV star of no taste for taking Anna’s ashes to Disney, where the wind blew some of them away.

Justin Stroud Gets Some Of Anna Cardwell’s Ashes
Stroud wasn’t around much during Anna’s life. However, his wife gave him some of the ashes. Additionally, she gave his mother a small capsule. For most fans of the show, it seems a bit disgusting. Bear in mind, that Anna wasn’t dead for long when the family started selling Freshies with Anna’s picture on them. Well, the stunt with Justin became the last straw for many people who complained about it on Reddit this week.
Mama June: Family Crisis viewers believe that Anna’s mom is a disgrace. In part, the OP complained:
[June] jumping to TAKE Anna’s oldest child from Anna’s husand and Anna’s father whom she’d known her whole life! While making sure strangers to Anna got some of her ashes…..JUSTIN & HIS MOTHER. As much DISTRIBUTING of annas ashes as June did I’m shocked there’s even anything left to be in that big urn she flaunts. Bottom line, June is a very selfish self serving ME ME ME evil women.
